We take pride in ensuring we finish projects to the highest possible standards, we understand that the defect and snagging period is as important as the main build, and we therefore offer our clients a dedicated customer care service. We employ a full-time Customer Care Manager who is on hand to liaise with homeowners to arrange appointments and ensure defects are dealt with quickly. In addition to this role, we also employ two full time customer care operatives who travel between all our sites delivering the required carpentry work needed to ensure we leave homeowners 100% happy.

Customer Care Manager – Marc Roulland

Marc is a very hands on member of our evolving customer care team, and works in partnership with our clients customer care teams, to ensure any defects are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Marc’s role involves liaising with new homeowners across all of our sites to arrange suitable home visits. To assist Marc with the works, he also manages two full-time customer care operatives who attend properties and carry out the required works. By employing in-house full time customer care operatives we feel we can not only guarantee the quality of workmanship, but also the ability to get defects dealt with quickly.

Darren Heap – Customer Care Operative

Darren is a fully qualified carpenter with years of experience in delivering all aspects of carpentry works. Darren is a proactive member of the team and has an attention to detail which is why he naturally progressed into a customer care role. Darren works alongside Paul to ensure we quickly rectify any problems and we leave homes with customers 100% happy with the quality of our workmanship.

Paul Hepple – Customer Care Operative

Working alongside Marc and Darren, Paul is a full time member of our customer care team and works in properties across all our completed sites to help our clients quickly rectify any issues to the highest standards.
